Ustaadh Taufique Aziz
Ustaadh Taufique Aziz was born in the Ukraine to Bangladeshi parents but was raised in the United States. He is a Da’ee and completing his Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies from Knowledge International University based in Riyadh, KSA. He has learned from many well-known Shuyookh that enhanced his knowledge such as Shaykh Sa'ad ibn Naasir ash Shithri. He has been a close student of Shaykh Jalal AbualRub since 2002.
Br. Taufique has been a member of many communities and served as an Imaam in the greater Philadelphia area. While serving as an Imaam he developed a great relationship with the youth, offered weekly halaqaat on various topics, delivered Jumu’ah khutbah and offered counseling (marital, youth, etc.). He has conducted various Non-Muslim Da’wah programs at colleges and Universities. He is, bi'idhnilaah, also a trained Raaqi’ according to authentic Sunnah.
Ustaadh Kyle Smith
Ustaadh Kyle Smith was born and raised in Washington state. After doing research he accepted Islam 2004 by the mercy of Allah. Since then he has been very passionate about learning his deen. By the will of Allah he has memorized the Qur'an and is currently in the process of reading to a Shaikh to obtain his ijazah in the qira'ah of Hafs 'An 'Aasim. He taught himself Arabic using the 'Madinah books.' He attended the first seminar with mahad al-furqan in Kuwait, benefiting from many of the mashayikh there. He has also benefited from some of the shuyookh here in the U.S.A. such as Abu Khaliyl and our very own Shaikh Jalal Abuarub, May Allah preserve them.
In his local masjid in Everett, WA he has taught from Zad-ul-Ma'ad, Usool us-Sunnah, Imam An-Nawawi's 40 hadiths and he is currently teaching tafsir and Umdat ul-Ahkam.
His plans for the future include going back to Kuwait to continue studying with the Ulama there, inshaAllah.
